Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well.

The location is amazing, the staff were very helpful and nice. Room very big and clean and amazing breakfast!

If this hotel had been labeled a 2 or 3 star hotel it would have been great. But for a hotel labeled 4 stars, we expected a certain standard of luxury that just wasn’t met. The 2 bathrooms that were listed were actually just one toilet in a room and another room with a tub, shower, and sink. I don’t consider that two bathrooms, and for a room that sleeps 6 people. The beds were not comfortable and the AC barely worked (we were not staying during a heat wave either, it was regular weather). The bunk bed room barely had any space to stand and was incredibly warm. When we booked this expecting a 4 star hotel, it was disappointing to arrive to a 2 or 3 star hotel at best. On a positive note, it is very close to the RER A and Disney. The croissant shop in the station has the best croissants I’ve ever had. The employees at the hotel were very kind as well. Overall it was a decent stay for our time at Disney, but didn’t quite meet our expectations

If you are wanting quick access to the train station this is the place to stay! Just across the street. Esp if you are going to Disneyland. It is one train stop away from Disneyland, and this lets you off basically at the front gate.

Grande chambre qui serait bien équipée si le lave vaisselle fonctionnait. Des petites fourmis un peu partout. Rapporté une première fois avec gros bof du personnel. Pris plus au sérieux la deuxième fois.

we only stayed overnight, very convenient to metro, mall and outlet store. the staff are very nice and the hotel is very clean. unfortunately, the air-conditioning in our room is not working and they are fully booked so no way to move us to another room but they provided us with a fan and gave us breakfast voucher. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was nice, it accomodated our extended family of five and was right by the train station. When we asked about cooling off the room, the front desk was very defensive and told us we could not control the room temp. After some grumbling, they provided a portable AC which helped a lot. The spare bed sheets were not very clean and we never replaced them due to the temperature issue.

Late check in was easy and the staff was helpful. The room was big enough for 2 kids and 3 adults. 1 minute walk from the train station that gets you to Disney land which is 1 stop. Bad bits: No plug outlet next to a mirror The provided hair dryer wasn’t the best The air-con did not work and when we spoke to them, they said they would send a technician but that never happened. Plug socket for the kettle in the kitchen was on the wall by the floor. Apart from that the room was good for what we wanted it for over 2 nights and 3 days.

The room was a good size for a studio. The hotel team, should better inspect rooms to ensure things are in working order. I had issues with the TV remote wasn't working, nor one of the night desk lights. Curtains weren't hung properly, and the hot water in the shower seemed to set at a lower temperature. Also was not able to adjust room temperature.
