The room and hotel was clean, it is just an old property. We were super cold the first night, staff offered another small heater but it smelled so bad.

I would have rated this hotel excellent if not for the lack of airconditioning. I went in May which is cool/cold autumn weather so you think you don’t need an airconditioner, maybe some people will be ok with it, but my body tends to run warm so I felt the room was stuffy. Otherwise, everything else was great, close to restaurants and shopping, breakfast was good, staff was friendly. I chose this hotel because a lot of tour companies pick up from this hotel.

Room smelled bad--like body odor. Shower was good and hot. Breakfast was nice. And most of the rest of the facility was clean.

Excelente ubicación a pasos de la mejor calle con restaurantes y tiendas. Lo único que el cuarto es más pequeño de lo que pensaba.

Breakfast presentation was excellent but limited fresh breakfast items. Had a dinner there one night and it was excellent, but it didn’t settle well in my stomach. Suffered for a few days.

The building is extremely old and dated. Old carpets in rooms. Expected more modern amenities for the price an pictures.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean. Good breakfast, would highly recommend

Excellent location near shops and restaurants ,the staff very helpful and kind

Wonderful staff! Great location and plenty of parking. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of varieties! Also enjoyed access to the jacuzzi, which helped after a long day. Only downside was you can hear a lot of the noise from outside. We were able to sleep through it once we fell asleep though. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has a fantastic location close to everything, staff so friendly and the property is Ok, the room did not have A/C and we fortunately had warms days but sleeping was tough also was so noisy, they were having the Lago Fest and we can hear very close all the crowd and music until midnight, breakfast was good too
