We stayed at Copenhagen Island hotel for 8 days. It was fantastic stay- the hotel is close to Metro Station and City Center. The hotel was immaculately maintained with rental bikes, harbor views and excellent breakfast. We will stay here again in the future and highly recommended

Hotel felt safe and clean. Have marked down slightly because room was quite small for 3 (had to remove a chair from the room so we had space for our suitcases). Our room was also ground floor and near the lift, so more noise and less privacy from passing pedestrians. Ask for a first floor, not near reception!
Breakfast was tasty and the dining room looked lovely, but it could get pretty busy at peak times.

Bathtub has high sides which is dangerous. Stairs at entrance is not convenient with luggage.

Great location. Set on waterfront.
Next to a nice mall. Easy walking distance to Metro station. M2 from the airport and one change to M4 will bring you Havenholmen which is walking distance to this hotel
One can walk through the mall to reduce the walking!
We had to leave early on the last day to catch the flight. The staff packed a nice sandwich plus fruits plus juice and water. We did book the room with breakfast. Instead of saying too bad they helped us with the packed breakfast. Nice touch.
You can ask them for fresh towels.

그저 그래요 Terrible experience, the shower was clogged and flooded immediately. Notify hotel personnel, were told that maintenance will fix it, returned 3 1/2 hours later and found the same problem. A 3 nights stay turned to 1 night stay.

매우 훌륭해요 The room was spacious and clean and even had a bathtub- a rarity in Europe. It was quiet and I appreciated the variety of pillows. The breakfast had a wide variety and was fresh and tasty. The location is convenient; the metro station is a short walk.

훌륭해요 Very clean and stylish, breakfast good but very busy at times. Train and metro stops both close by, along with a large shopping centre with a great food hall. Would stay again

매우 훌륭해요 Rooms have ample space with comfy beds.
Bathroom is a good size.
Breakfast is great with hot and cold options.
Excellent location, there’s easy access to the airport via M4/M2 lines which is located about 400m away.
There’s a food hall located at the mall next door with different cuisines.
