Just a great place over all

The beach and pool were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Best vacation ever!

Amazing pools and beach . Staff was rude at “Maris Restaurant “. Food its good. Comfortable room and bed.

Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible…. Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday. If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars . Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam they break them down $5 a piece and you can only use it for the spa so you have to spend hundreds to get 5 or 10 off. The place was an actual joke. Had to order dominoes twice and leave the resort 3 times to eat dinner because it’s so nasty and unorganized. My family hated our trip. Spent over 8k on 5 nights is crazy.

Helpful staff and kind, but not anticipating your needs in a way that would exemplify excellent resort service. Some conflicting information when questions were asked related to dietary restrictions with dining - concierge gave different/unclear answers than the food & beverage director who ultimately had the correct information. The property does have halal chicken supplied throughout the resort which was a huge deciding factor for us choosing this resort/line. The kitchens will even cook food on separate surfaces to avoid contamination; however, the waiters and resort staff+concierge were not educated on this, and it must be coordinated through the F&B director at the beginning of your stay or prior to your stay (through hone or email - highly recommend getting commitments in writing). Cannot be marketed as halal resort due to mixed meats, but the chicken sourced is halal certified and certification can be provided upon request. this information is relevant as of our stay in April 2026 in case they change providers in future - always good to check prior to your stay. Resort layout 10/10 - isolated areas for whatever experience you're looking for (party vs. family or both!) - kids club was a great experience for our 3 year old. Many kids clubs in cancun resorts start at age four so having a 3.5 year old, the min. age being 3 here was a deciding factor for us. Activities daily that we enjoyed participating in. Overall plan to return in future!!

Superbe endroit avec paysage magnifique sur la mer. Tout le personnel du resort est très chaleureux. Alberto de l'équipe Entertainment a été particulièrement gentil avec nous et Lili au World Café nous a donné un service impeccable tous les jours. Il y a plusieurs piscines selon si vous voulez plus ou moins d'action autour de vous et une section jeux d'eau pour les enfants très bien pour les familles. Je recommande ce resort sans hésitation!

Pros: pools are nice, bartenders give good service, rooms are large and clean, easy for kids to eat whenever they want. The beach is actually very nice with cabanas for shade and good service from The bartenders. Long and difficult check in, food is not great at all, drinks never taste that good. Long waits for eating dinner bc you can’t make a reservation so be prepared to show up early and wait for very mediocre food.

It was a bad idea to use Expedia. The reason is they give you a basic room and in order to get the full enjoyment you must pay double to get the full experience. The property itself is very nice! It would be better to go through Hyatt directly. When things are not what you expected you have no recourse with Expedia. I tried to. All Expedia and it is ridiculous! The customer service is on a foreign country! In addition you will not get your points! They Expedia have a real bait and switch going’ O would be very careful of you use them’ I would Highly recommend the property, but do not book through Expedia. I enjoyed the beautiful reaches and pools as well as the restaurants and health club. They had one room with cardio equipment and another room with weights.
