그저 그래요 Good location for where I needed to be. No one was at the check in desk. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to show up. Front desk people do not speak clear English so it was hard to understand them. Giant roach in the room! Room, bed and bedding was run down and it felt dirty knowing there were roaches in the room. Bed was worn and not very comfortable. Some female called me the day of check out and left a long, illegible message. I returned the call and it went to the front desk. The guy who answered said no females work there. Said he had no idea why someone from the front desk would call me. It all felt very shady. I would not stay here again because of the roaches and the creepy call. Not a safe place.

This is a newly remodeled Red Roof Inn. We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. It also has an elevator which a lot of the Red Roof Inns don't.

Power went out right before check out. Was not given a reciept. Was told incorrectly that my booking app would send a reciept. That is only if you pay online. I paid at the property meaning the property has to issue the reciept. The hotel also charged my card before I got to the property which is not supposed to happen. Corporate will get a phone call.

Very dirty with hair in the bathtub. Conditions are terrible, you can hear the water running through the walls all night. Sleeping was difficult with the noise. Would not return.
