Excellent hotel, first class experience. I availed their butler service to pack my suitcase and they were highly efficient and it was packed beautifully.
The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, partly buffet with fruit yogurts, pastries etc. They then offer an a la carte menu where you can order anything you like. It’s all fresh and cooked to order.
Pool and spa facilities are available between the Oberoi and the Trident- the neighbouring hotel.
Overall a fabulous experience and an oasis of calm from the chaos of Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel choice.

Everything about my stay at the Oberoi was absolutely amazing. Wonderful service, property, amenities, and breakfast. I would definitely stay at the Oberoi again, as it was such a pleasant part of my Mumbai trip. I loved that there were mangos in my room. The breakfast also had a great variety of fruits, including three types of mangos. The location is also great, right along Marine Drive. I would reccomend the Oberoi in Mumbai to all my friends and family.

It was a lovely stay at the residence. Very respectful and helpful and lovely staff. Only down side was that the hotel had renovation at the pool and the gym was not very modernised. We were not informed about the pool. We could use facilities in neighbouring hotel. But had to walk long in our swimming costumes. All same old stuff . Yet I can’t fault it. We had peaceful stay there. Will go again. Thanks to all the staff there. 👍

A remarkable property with superlative staff. Location couldn't be better, with stunning views of the water. Every need attended to, thoughtful touches, frequent check-ins with staff. Oberoi's amenities (gym, bath/body soaps, buffet breakfast) are outstanding, truly an escape from the hectic nature of Mumbai. Pool is getting some much-needed upgrades.

We had a wonderful short stay in the Oberoi Mumbai. We arrived late after a long train journey, but the staff immediately made us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and looked after.
The staff at the Oberoi were very generous in making us feel looked after with decorative touches to our beautiful room (as this was part of our honeymoon trip), we really appreciated these.
The breakfast was wonderful - one of the best breakfasts we have ever had.

Love staying at this hotel although I only had 1 night this time around my stay was fabulous.
I had an early morning flight and arrived in Mumbai at 10am the hotel were amazing and accommodated to have my rooms ready for when we arrived around at 10:45am.
Food at the hotel was amazing as usual and we also managed to enjoy the sun set with a few drinks before dinner at the Italian restaurant at the hotel.
The staff couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was anything but amazing.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay on Marine Drive.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in terms of arranging a tour and recommending shopping locations as well as arranging airport transfers. Our room was quiet, clean and we enjoyed watching the black kites flying around outside our window.

Amit Kaul and his team has been fantastic, from the cleaners to Senior Management.
Special mention to Kajal at breakfast and to Razzak in the Pool Area, absolutely been amazing and been very attentive at all times..
I cannot faulter any aspect of our stay in all the Oberoi Hotels on this vacation besides the food issues in Delhi
