Room was clean, bar great, lovely breakfast.

Old style hotel but the public areas have been well refurbished. Quiet and excellent value for money.

First time stay at TVH pleasently surprised...my 3 day stay was drama free. location was fabulous. All staff were very helpful and courteous. Great value for money too ! Will definately be returing again soon.

The check-in time was quite tricky for me.

Friendly helpful staff.

A girlfriend’s weekend. Stayed in two single bed room. Beds comfy! Location great! Breakfast good. And happy hour before the theatre - perfect!

room cleaning was hit and miss. towels were replaced but the sheets were not changed and on two occasions dirty cups were not changed there was much evidence of housekeeping in the hall but not much action in the room - a couple of times we returned after two or three hours and the room had not been serviced The location is absolutely excellent and the room is surprisingly spacious The pillows were comfortable and the airconditioning/heating was easy to operate and performed appropriately reception were happy to supply more milk and clean cups when requested but we should not have had to ask Proper mugs, not tiny cups and a slow closing toilet are always a great find in a hotel

The whole experience was seamless. Food was delicious, heating was moist than adequate. Perfect location to Melbourne central, flinders street station.

Easy check in, facilites modern and clean, breakfast good, great location. My only concern was the room was very hot and climate control poor, otherwise okay.

Great location and quiet.
