Staying at this property was a good decision. The property is very well maintained. The staff was very tentative to our needs at a moments notice. The dining options were good as well.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. The room was extremely dark and could definitely use better lighting. Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach in the room, which was unacceptable. The location is another major drawback. It's quite far from the city, and after 5:00 PM it was very difficult to book a Grab. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this property for families with young children. Breakfast was decent but nothing memorable or special. Also, don't be misled by the promotional photos. The reality doesn't match the pictures, much like many heavily edited café photos you see online. We had the same experience visiting Suối Mơ River and the Bali Coffee spot—the actual places looked nothing like the advertised images, making the visit very disappointing.

Very accommodating helpful courteous friendly happy staff

Very clean and great helpful staff

Really nice and quiet place. Staff were great. Even presented me with a birthday cake. Nice room on lake. Great breakfast buffet.

Sink clogged

Bus shuttle to city is poor quality as the vehicle is old enough to make the trip bit uncomfortable

The staff was very very and very helpful
