Very odd experience. I have travelled the world extensively and never stayed somewhere that itemizes literally everything in your room with a price tag even the mattress!?
They tried to accuse my kids of breaking a plastic soap bottle which we never used as we brought all our own toiletries. Before you check out they triple check everything. I can only assume they have had some less versed travelers stay with them.
Either way not a welcoming or comfortable feeling staying there. I Would not recommend families stay there.
Some staff were nicer than others.

Our stay at the Rosemary Hoi A was nothing short of amazing. Front of house, Phuong was the most accommodating and accessible hotel manager we have ever encountered. And her staff were all outstanding. Nice pool, clean quiet rooms, comprehensive breakfast menu and nice lunch and dinner menu. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hoi An.

Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

Hotel is amazing, beautiful decor, clean, great service.. breakfast is decent considering its Hoi An.. my daughter slipped and hurt herself in the pool because of slippery tiles they use have razor sharp edges, becareful. Ordered a cocktail and within 2 sips a fly fell in, they didn't seem to care at all - must be the norm here.. be vigilant with your food peeps.
Was hard to catch a taxi back to hotel from old town cause the trip was too short (2kms), only about 40k VND.. overall a good stay.. I won't be back to Hoi An though- overpriced, overcrowded, tourist trap with scammers about.
