I went with my wife, kids and sister in law. The hotel was great for us. Our rooms were cleaned daily. The breakfast included was delicious! The bartenders were awesome, thanks to Mallika and Sholar, always greeted you with a smile and always so friendly. The location was close to the beach and tons of places to eat within a 5-10 minute walk. The front desk were always available to answer questions and you always felt welcome. Thanks to Carlene for being awesome and always willing to assist in ensuring we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, we walked to local restaurants and to the beach access. There were a few bars we were able to visit at night at well right on the other side of the street. The included breakfast was very nice and glad we had that perk.

My husband and I had the best time. The property was perfectly located next to the beach but also next to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The staff was super friendly and helpful and really helped make our experience fantastic. Everything that was recommended to us as far as activities and restaurants was AMAZING!!!!

A Wonderful Stay at Coco Palms Hotel!
Our stay at Coco Palms Hotel was truly great and welcoming from start to finish. Garfield at the concierge desk was a fantastic resource, helping us find tours and offering great local advice throughout our trip. Michael at check-in was also incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and easy, and he answered any questions we may have throughout our stay.
The servers in the restaurant were wonderful, attentive, and accommodating, catering to all of our needs during every meal. And a special shoutout to Denver, who was a fantastic guide at the street party in Gros Islet.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay! The whole team went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I hope to return again to Coco Palms soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway!

The resort was nice. Price for lunch and dinner were a little on the higher side. It would have been nice to get at least water for free for the nights we were there. Location was great. We had taken the transport for the Friday Street party from them, but I think it was a little high for about a 10 min ride. Pool was nice and breakfast was delicious. Staff were very polite and respectful too.

Clean, kid friendly property with tasty buffet breakfast. I like the fact that it’s close to the mall and a few restaurants. The staff were very hospitable, especially their events coordinator Denver who gave much needed advice on how to get around the island and activities to try. My stay was great and I look forward to visiting again.

I regretted bookong for only one night!
Staff were very helpful and competent.
The room was clean and roomy.
The location is ideal, walking distance from groceries, restaurants and shops.
I would go back to this hotel any day!

Very happy with our choice of hotel in St Lucia, it was ideal for us and the staff were really friendly, especially Noah the daytime barman who was a superstar and made sure we were always topped up with cocktails lol
