Location is good. I was upgraded to a room which had problems with maintenance. The ceiling was leaking. In spite of telling them, they couldn’t fix it but not 3 to 4 towels on the floor area where water was leaking. This is not expected from such a hotel,

This is my favorite in Milan - perfect Location, very helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms.

The hotel is very well located vis a vis the main Milan museums. It is mainly a business hotel and so the guests are treated a little impersonally, but when we had a problem with the safe it was handled quickly and efficiently. The breakfast and more broadly the hotel restaurant were excellent. The street-facing rooms are pretty noisy, as the hotel faces a major street with lots of daytime tram traffic. The floor-to-ceiling windows are heavily insulated, but the opening panels are a little warped and don't quite fit their openings. I don't think the hotel can do much about this problem, but it is not too bad at night, as the tram traffic is quite light then; using good ear plugs we could sleep fine.

It was very bad unfortunately I stayed a lot time in the past the location is very good but the staff in front desk and there behavior is something else

Very dated hotel. Only perk was the location.

Well located, comfortable hotel in Milan, great staff, good breakfast and lovely interiors. Would stay here again.
