En general calidad-precio bien Del spa no puedo opinar porque no pude utilizarlo ya que no había huecos el fin de año estaba todo cogido

Sitio perfecto para descansar y usar como punto base para moverse por los preciosos pueblos de Segovia. Habitación muy cómoda y silenciosa, para dormir perfecto. Y como premio, el fantástico spa, recién renovado y entero para nosotros 2. Sin duda un sitio 10

La recepción cierra de noche y ofrecen un teléfono de atención 24h que cuando llamas un conteatador dice que sólo atienden a partir de las 9am!! Tuvimos que irnos del hotel sin podernos duchar con agua caliente. La atención al cliente es horrible.

We had a really good stay. The apartment was lovely.

The apartment was very clean, great style and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helped us with all sorts of information - where to eat, what to do in the area, etc. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast - better, cheaper and easier to go next door to the bakery and do it on your own. The only problem we had was the first night we stayed there, the staff had people over to the apartment next to us (maybe they live there?), and were very loud. They finally quieted down when we went to ask them - about 12:30 pm.
