Location was great for both the transit and to get to tourist attractions. Street was quiet at night and a fantastic sushi restaurant and an amazing whiskey bar nearby!

This hotel was amazing! The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way multiple times to make our stay memorable. From assisting in receiving our bags ahead of us getting there and keeping them for our check out day so we could go shopping to offering assistance to organise transportation for us to the airport. They would not take any extra money for the inconveniences we caused and also commented that our smiles were thanks enough. 10/10 for comfort, cleanliness and especially for the staff! Location was very convenient to attractions, food and public transport also! Would definitely come back to stay here if we visit again!

Great area and location. Location is not to far from anything. The room was exactly what I needed as I was out for most of the night and slept during the day. It’s a great room for sleep and refreshing. Had everything you need including a fridge.

We were surprised to find our room is so spacious for 3 adults! We were expecting it to be small and cramped.. we were wrong! Very clean and smells good! Also a quiet place. My husband loves the set breakfast meal! Overall, it is an excellent hotel and recommended it to my friend who is planning to go to Osaka! Kudos to all staffs as- helpful and courteous!

Very good for the price. Good location.

Stayed with my two teenaged kids and both loved the convenience to the subway and restaurants.

Is a very clean place it was very good I enjoyed staying there

This is a very nice hotel and in a good spot with easy access to metro and plenty of food options. The room is relaxing and comfy. I would stay here again. The staff was very helpful with my room reservation and helpful with late checkout

Great breakfast menu, the staff was great and very friendly! Shops are close by and train station is close by. It’s near dotonbori too!
