The hotel staff is a bit disorganized. Elevator problems, service desk doesn’t pickup phone. Overall it’s fine for the price. It’s quite noisy too.

Great hotel and staff. I think coffee should be complimentary for guests but that is a small inconvenience.

This hotel was perfect for close proximity to public transit and time square!

Great hotel

I liked the location. It was close to many of the things that you want to see/do in NYC. The elevators need updating.

Staff was super nice and the line to check in and out moved quick. Housekeeping maintained the rooms well. We always came back to a nice clean space. AC worked perfectly too. TV was nice because we were able to connect our phones to stream or log into our Netflix account. Overalll ROW is amazing and so close to so many city hits!!

The room was always clean. The bathtub didn’t drain well so we did have a pool while showering. The only other issue was the cleaning staff kept resetting the AC and it was very hot and humid since we were on the 22nd floor. Otherwise the hotel was nice and a central location. I would stay again.

The staff were great. The room was very clean. The elevators are sketchy and weird. Expect to use extra time to travel up and down the elevators. Be prepared to not to be able to use the stairs cause they don’t give you that option. You don’t get the option to choose breakfast or not they just added onto your bill and you have to pay for it. Also expect to pay a $300 deposit or more. Every other person is different. The site says $100. The person in front of me paid a $500 deposit. I paid a $300 deposit so it makes no sense how they do that otherwise this property is great. It is beautiful is very close to Times Square. I loved sitting in the windows in the morning watching people outside.

Hotel has a lovely reception, bar and lobby area great to watch sports and happy hour at bar. However, the room was tiny, beds small, no safe, nowhere to hang clothes/ no water / glasses / tea or coffee / kettle. Only 2 plugs which worked on and off so we had to charge phones in bathroom. Good location and great cafe directly across street for breakfast.

First, there was no desk in my room. I wasn't allowed to eat near the restaurant. I could have done without the 9 am fire alert. The walls were paper thin. I am not sure what the renovation was....
