10/10 everythings fine nice rooms

La verdad las sábanas del sofá cama estaban sucias y llegamos y no estaba lista a habitación

Very clean room, friendly staff , kitchen very convenient when traveling and wanting to cook

Tub looks like chunks of hair in the drain so while showering the tub filled up. Made it feel extremely unsanitary. Wasn’t prepared to pay additional 15.00 per night for parking not sure if that’s an oversight from Expedia or the actual property. And mis informed of dog stay upon asking the first time ahead of time I was told just bring paperwork showing ESA status but thank god I asked a second time because I found out it was an additional 75.00 so I decided to leave my pet. And I can suggest more cooking utensils such as a baking sheet or baking pan.

Very nice, clean, and very professional. Location was prefect from parks to restaurants. I would stay again 😉

This was definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed the rooms were great to accommodate family of 5 and the pools was amazing great location close to lots of great food and theme parks

The room was very well appointed, very clean and had everything you could need for a pleasant stay.

First off, I was told the incidental hold was 75 dollars over the phone. I got there and it doubled! (Mind you this is for one night only stay) The room was terrible. The smell was worse than just pool smell. It smelled like musty human. The towels in room were not very clean. I had to ask for extra towels. The pull out bed had no sheets on it at all. When we got them, we got top sheets only, and when we asked for a fitted sheet they acted like they didn't know what that was. There was rust on anything resembling a metal surface including door hinges. The bathroom is really small. You cannot get out of the bathroom without either trying not to hop in the bathtub or climb over the toilet until the door is open. The main bed and fridge were the only things serviceable. Lastly, the breakfast. We were given the impression that the breakfast was continental from 7am to 11am. Found out when we went down that it was a pay for everything type thing with a Starbucks. Will not stay here again. I don't even trust them to give back the incidental hold correctly since they lied/mislead us in the first place.
