All the Route Inn hotels we have used have been spotlesslu clean. This one too. It is a bit out of town but their simple dinner menu was enjoyable.

Staff was very polite, patient, and forgiving of course everyday travel frustrations and communication issues that can sometimes happen when traveling. This was a very welcomed facet to their services. Warranted a review. Thanks for welcoming me !

It is a great hotel, served our purpose well, to be the base for our trips in the Shonai area. Rooms are small but okay, the onsen is good and convenient, lots of great services like coin laundry or dryer. Very convenient location if you come by car. We had a great time.

훌륭해요 Clean, standard business hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

훌륭해요 A clean and well kept hotel. This hotel has two manmade onsen (one for men and one for women). It has a small relaxation corner with foot massager (coin operated) and massage chair (coin operated). Bed is almost as hard as Rich and Garden's. It is 30 min walk from the train station or 10 min car ride. Plenty of parking if you are driving. Not close to much. Overall a pleasant stay.
