매우 훌륭해요 Cute place in great location, friendly staff. Wish they had safes in the room. Also wish they had option of early check in (when available)

만족해요 The tv or remote didn’t work, the pillows were small and we barely had sheets. Other than that, it was a good location and walking distance to a great night club. Also, we booked through Hotels.com and it didn’t mention that the free parking on premises was first come, first serve. We almost had to park 2 blocks down…but the receptionist was kind enough to allow us to park close to the building.

훌륭해요 Stay was appropriate for a short term stay with limited amenities. Free parking was key in SF with easy access to highways.

그저 그래요 Smelly rooms, you can smell mold. Bedsheets had blood stain, hairs from previous guests. You can hear hookers all night long.

The staff was nice, but the room still had some small pieces of trash on the floor. The carpet didn’t feel very clean, and the worst thing was that there was some sort of rodent in the room. We didn’t find out until the next morning when we were packing to leave. The evidence we found was one of our charging cords was chewed on and a bag that we had ended up with tiny holes in it. Very sad to say if it wasn’t for that it would’ve been a decent stay.

Not many stayed here yet they placed people right above us even after I said we had to get up early for surgery. The upstairs guest walked around all night taking showers and moving furniture all night. They Don’t clean the chairs, food debris in and under cushions. 1/2” crack under front door and cracks around door, shower rod not fastened to wall curtain keep sliding open. Wouldnt let me check in for my second night when I arrived for my first night. I told him I’d be in surgery and not able to by 11.
