매우 훌륭해요 I was greeted by the host and they were most informative! They helped me with food recommendations and made me feel at home! Was super clean! Only thing that surprised me was no airconditioning. Was very happy. Stayed twice now

We like it a lot. It very clean, quite and the owner was very responsible and helpful.
It's in a very nice neighborhood and the house and the room are perfect.
The only drawback is that it's a bit too pricy for us. Also as it's in Richmond rather than Vancouver, it's a bit far from the places where there are lots of tourist attractions. However, if you drive then it won't be a problem for you.

it's a good and clean place, quiet, has light breakfast options. it is quite far into richmond, past the richmond-brighouse train station, if you're taking transit. but they do offer transit to/from YVR as long as you ask about it before hand, for an extra cost. the host was nice and communicative.

I paid $210 per night for a small, overpriced room with no private bathroom and very little privacy. The bathroom was shared, and there was a camera installed outside it, which made me feel like the owner was monitoring and photographing me every time I used the bathroom. It was an extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.
The property is advertised as a hotel, but it's actually just a room in a private house. The owner was rude, unresponsive, and unhelpful throughout my stay. I would not recommend wasting your money here. For the same price, you're much better off booking a legitimate hotel.

Carl is an excellent host! His home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet a short walk to shops and restaurants. His house is well maintained and clean. I’ll definitely return!

This is a hidden gem in the Vancouver area. Carl the host and his wife are helpful and responsive. I had the master bedroom. It’s huge and clean. Bed was comfortable. Everything was organized. Close to the airport, shopping mall, with a lot of great Chinese restaurants around.
