Breakfast is pretty good. I would like to see a different soup as I cannot eat yogurt at all. Please have different flavors of yogurt for those who can consume it. Thank you for your consideration.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn and wanted to recognize the exceptional service I received. From the moment I stepped out of the car, Mehmet warmly welcomed me and immediately assisted with my luggage, making me feel valued right away. The check-in process was smooth, quick, and effortless. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities, services, and even recommended surrounding restaurants and local spots, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a real difference and turns a regular hotel stay into a memorable experience. Thank you to Mehmet and the entire Holiday Inn team for the outstanding service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

First of all its my 3rd stay, What really effects the rating was the Airconditioner its works good without issue in the daytime but at night it became hot and switched off and I have woken up around 7 times to switched it on. The other thing was the breakfast it was good but not same as my previous visit as it was more diverse I would like to appreciated the staff for their wonderful work The hotel location was good near kent maydany avm

The breakfast is not free. Your site indicates that it is. I miss the soup that you used to offer. Please consider having lentil soup. It is healthy and very popular to Turkish and non-Turkish tourists. Also- I miss the flavored yogurts. Maybe you still offer and they just were out of supply. The restaurant manager is always outstanding. She really cares about the restaurant and the hotel in general. The reception area is very nice and the assistants who work there are very nice.
