The room was clean, staff were great and parking was very close to the building entrance. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. We were greeted by wonderful staff in the lounge.

Great spot for heated rivalry fan. They filmed at the hotel and a bunch of other tourist spots from the show are close by, so it was great for that. Lots of other convenient things in the area. Just sucks that downtown was a little sketchy.

Very clean room, comfy bed. Very close to the TD Coliseum which was such a bonus for attending concerts. Definitely book ahead of time, they were completely sold out.

It’s a nice property but getting older and should be maintained a bit better, from staining on the carpet to our A/c unit not working properly it made for a mediocre stay especially for the price. We were in room 1221 so it was quiet as it was in its own area which was nice. Parking was interesting as it’s under the hotel and very dark and kind of intimidating with driving a big SUV. Overall it was an okay stay. We expected more for a Sheraton and for over $300 a night we won’t be returning. We stayed two nights and spent well over $600 which is average now, but most hotels at this price point have a bar size fridge not a fridge only slightly bigger than a shoe box. Just nothing spectacular to share room wise. We did let them know about the ac in the morning as it stopped working late at night and nothing was done about it.

Very good experience - helpful and friendly staff, room was excellent and I had a good and promptly served dinner in the restaurant. I particularly enjoyed brief friendly conversations with staff during my stay.

We stayed overnight as we were attending a concert in Hamilton. Excellent choice. All of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were extremely considerate and helpful. Offered us an easy walking route to the concert from the hotel. As I have mobility issues, the staff in the restaurant were kind enough to seat us close to the buffet. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Hamilton. Great location!!

Really nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet in the rooms. This hotel is in downtown so isn’t in the safest area but there was security at the front door at all times so felt very safe inside. Would stay here again and would recommend!
