I was very disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa. The room did not appear to be cleaned properly upon arrival. The tile floor was dirty, and I found multiple small insects in the bathroom, around the room, and even on the bed. There were also spider webs between the floor and the TV stand, which made it seem like the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The sofa bed was old, dirty, and not in acceptable condition for guests. Housekeeping was also very poor. We did not receive clean towels, and room service did not come until around 6:00 PM, even after we called to request service. For a resort with Sheraton’s reputation, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness and housekeeping. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I hope the hotel improves its room maintenance, cleanliness, and housekeeping service for future guests.

The property is so well planned and landscaped beautifully. The lobby is very inviting and a perfect place to see stunning sunsets while lounging in comfortable chairs. Everyone was so cheerful, helpful and added to the magical ambience of the environment both physically and emotionally. The Sheraton is a place that depicts that Mauii feel. Thank you for giving our family a vacation we will always remember.

Had a great stay at the Sheraton! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly…even gave us a room upgrade at check in and an anniversary gift sent to our room. Property location was excellent and condition was top notch. Sheraton made this an amazing vacation!

rooms are nice somewhat dated but clean and spacious. pools are nice, big and many. a little lazy river too. reserve your cabana in advance there are 3 bars on property all good.

Very expensive for what you get. If you are travelling as a party of four, the beds are small - double beds, not queens. Not much room to be in the room when you are paying $600 a night it's a bit ridiculous. Additionally the resort fees are exorbitant as well.

Perfect for a family with two little ones ages five and six. They loved the pool and the slide and the luau on premise was amazing and super easy to get to. Everything was really walkable and Whalers Village being next was such a great option. Turtles all day long on the beach and the food was actually really good from the poolside bars and restaurants. also, the kid activities were a total hit like seeing aqua the mermaid in the pool and getting to hang out with her, and getting tattoos and other crafts.

The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night.

Nice enough resort, however the pool area isn’t big enough for all the guests. Very frustrating that guests secure beds at ~6.30am and then don’t use them until maybe midday, sometimes I didn’t see people at all. Hotel staff should remove towels after 45mins of no use, that’s standard practice… 2 beds and an umbrella on the beach is $100 for the day, so if you miss the morning rush it can become an expensive day.
