Very clean and the staff very nice.

So many things in walking distance. Safe walking too and from parking garage- but also found free parking on the side streets! I would definitely return

I liked the large TV with like to lots of channels, internet and the ability to cast your own device to it. The continental breakfast was good with alot of choices and NY style bagels plus juices that were’nt too watered down like Hampton Inn. The front desk was very helpful. The single elevator was a little small and slow but it served its purpose. The hotel loading zone was very helpful.

Older hotel needs some updating. We had an issue with the AC unit not working well the first night. I went downstairs in the middle of the night to try to get a different room and they were sold out. first thing in the morning we had to pack everything up and leave it with the front desk until they cleaned a room later in the day. When we got back around 5 pm they gave us our stuff and keys to our new room. When we got up there they were still housekeeping the room so we had to wait. While waiting we could see they pulled the AC unit from our first room. I know things happen but no apologies or attempts to make things right. Just felt like they didn't care.

PERFECT stay! (except for some noisy neighbors first night. CLEAN, great staff, easy check-in and -out.

I was not expecting much but not to this extent. Ironing board was broken, lights in the bathroom were working half the time, water in the sink was barely running. But the worst thing happened the night before check out, when our room electronic door lock got broken. They couldn’t open the door for 2 hours, because they didn’t have a charger to a piece of equipment which they had to use to open the door. Eventually they offered us another room. 20 minutes in they finally opened the door, woke us up to inform that the door is opened. Never ever again will we be staying there.

Overall, my stay was okay, but there were several issues that future guests should know about. The front desk staff did not seem to be familiar with the hotel’s services and provided incorrect pricing information. There was also poor communication between front desk employees, which caused confusion during my stay. The room was missing basic amenities like shampoo and body wash, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options.
