Checked in on 9th July, first room 103 was smelling of human urine, went and complained, got moved to 356, this room is in the loft area, 2 velux windows with non blackout blinds, couldn't open windows due to noise from main street, room was red hot no air con, was given a small fan that really was no use at all due to high temps on the 2nights stay. No manager would come and speak to me and was given an email on day of check out to make a complaint, the complaint to this day has never been answered to myself. If i could have moved to another hotel in the area for the last night i would have,however the others in the area were fully booked on that night.
Staff were rude and not nice to deal with. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay.

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great location just 10 minutes walk from the station .
WiFi reception was only available in the reception area .

A disappointing stay. The appearance of the hotel room, was much worse than displayed on the website. The carpets in public areas were threadbare and badly worn. My room was very small and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The windows in my room very broken and didn’t open correctly, so the room was way too hot!! No WiFi on my floor either. Won’t stay here again!! I asked for a room with a view and look in the photos what I got!!
