As with any encounter there are different perspective. 1. Laundry services were not presented accurately. The one washer and dryer for the hotel was not efficient, the French App would not accept payment and not all staff had knowledgeable to assist with laundry. The one Ironing board in laundry room was dirty and iron handle was broken. No ventilation in this room, smelled very stale 2. The bulk of staff were very kind and professional. Although there was one tall dark haired gentleman that had no business in hotel customer services. 3. Room floors should be be cleaned daily. 4. The cleaning staff were exceptional, the bulk were very kind!

Clean room, very close to conference center.

Really great value for Paris. Outside city center but a block away from Bibliotheque metro station. Well equipped apartment and helpful staff.

Great location if you like to walk yourself to local Metro (2 blocks). Having a small fridge with a local Monoprix is convenient, especially if you are staying a little longer than 2 nights. Clean and pleasant staff.

Staff was super helpful and professional. Clean room and attentive facility support.

The location is good if this the neighbourhood you want to stay in. Close to shops and various restaurants. The lobby is clean and check in process simple. The rooms themselves lack upkeep. There are broken and chipped tiles, black mold on the the tile grout and lots of areas that could use a thorough clean and update. There is a faint musty/smoke smell from the whole unit, likely from the curtains and walls. The small kitchen area has an odd drop ceiling that is covered in ceiling foam squares that you normally associate with older/dated office buildings. The AC worked well.

Rooms on line look deceptively larger than in reality. Also kitchen with cooktop only in other suites. We had microwave only. Nice lounge. Near Metro but away from city centre

Housekeeping never came except once. The one time they did we discovered uncleaned broken glass when we arrived back to our room.

The service afforded by the local staff was above expectations really excellent. Overall, the stay was really good value and I can honestly recommend this to anyone staying in Paris for a week or more especially if they have children. I stayed for 12 nights with my teenage daughter and we were very satisfied by hotel facilities, proximity to transport and local stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood. The kitchen area made it very convenient for cutting expenses on breakfast and evening meals, as well as the fridge for drinks ice cream... The rooms have a balcony which is of particular interest if you smoke. Water and coffee provided free, rooms cleaned daily, and a launderette is available if needed. Wifi worked perfectly. Rooms quiet you cant hear anything from neighboring rooms. Large bathroom with bath and shower... The staff were excellent and offered a first class service throughout they could not do enough for us. I was surprised to receive more than I expected, I can highly recommend.

Great place, stayed they're with the kiddos this summer. Had a great time!
