Staff was really helpful. We had one night and the front desk staff guided us very well on sites to see etc. Highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express Paris-Canal de la Villette. The hotel is in a great location right next to the beautiful canal, which made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The area felt safe, and there were plenty of nearby transportation options, restaurants, and places to explore. Our room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious by Paris standards. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. A special thank you to Carlos at the reception desk who even spoke Spanish! He provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay and was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. We also appreciated how easily the staff lent us an iron and ironing board for our entire stay without any hassle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great breakfast, and a beautiful canal-side location made this a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly, and helpful.

The location is perfect. Located in a truly Parisien neighbourhood only a short drive from Gard du Nord, we couldn't have asked for better. Walking distance to transportation, bistros and amazing pictures by the canal. The breakfast staff were wonderful. The bartenders Raphael and Hassan were dynamic. My only issue was we had a WC that had water running through all night even after it was fixed and unfortunately our AC died on us the night before departure. The hotel was fully booked so we were given a small table fan to sweat it out. Despite the inconveniences, I would be back next time I visit Paris.
