An amazing place, with great friendly staff. Good location in the old town near the castle yet quite in the evening. The Jewish Quarter is just 5 mins away. The breakfast is a high point too and you can order as much as you wish. Can't fault the room it has everything you need.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at the Balthazar design hotel. The location is perfect and 10/10 interior and rooms. Lovely little touches on arrival and a wonderful team. We were lucky enough to eat in the restaurant and can honestly say it was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had.
The breakfast is also 10/10. We will be back to Krakow and will absolutely stay here again.

The feel of the hotel as you enter is cosy/familiar. The decor although not conventional is easy on the eye. The room was good, comfortable bed, good space in the bathroom, nice shower but the air-conditioning was a little noisy. Breakfast was very good avoiding the use of a buffet but just as extensive. We did not use the restaurant for any other meals. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
