Older hotel. AC was too cold the first night, we complained and it was readjusted.
Bistro food was expensive. Went to Mariott across the street for lunch next day.

Upon arrival valet parking was terrible all the entrance was blocked off with vehicles. When I asked at the front desk gentlemen seemed flustered and didn’t seem like they had a plan to execute. Associate claimed they had more then usual check ins (weird for a Friday ; thought this would be previously arranged with a plan to execute) room felt muggy , AC was not cool enough despite turning down the temperature and the AC made a rattling noise all night everyone or shut off. Small beds and odor wasn’t the most pleasant it didn’t stink but it smelled weird.

We stayed in room 219 and the shower was not working well. The water in the tub would not drain out completely. Honestly the hotel is run down and needs renovation. The ac is also old fashioned and on the ground. The staff is very good and helpful

그저 그래요 I would like to recognize Alice, who was wonderful during check-in. She was friendly, welcoming, and made a great first impression.
Unfortunately, my experience later that night was the complete opposite. Around 2:45 a.m., I realized I had left my medication in my car. The valet attendant directed me to walk to a different hotel across the street to retrieve my vehicle instead of assisting me.
When I later realized I had accidentally left my room key in the car, the valet attendant was nowhere to be found. I went to the front desk for help, but the overnight employee became aggressive, raised his voice at me, and yelled instead of trying to assist. I was shocked by how I was treated.
No guest should be spoken to that way, especially in the middle of the night when they are simply asking for help. The overnight employee’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Someone with that attitude should not be working in a customer-facing position.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future guests do not have a similar experience.
