Welcoming and helpful from check ij to check out

Due to the current political climate the hotel was very quiet, resulting in some of the normal options (swim up bar, restaurant choices) being unavailable… perfectly understandable. But the cost of the stay may not reflect the reduction in facilities and the calibre of the dinner menu, which was ok but not to the level I’d expect from Ritz Carlton.

I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful time during our stay. The staff was exceptionally professional, and they went above and beyond by organizing a complimentary birthday celebration for my son. Miss Lili was particularly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The iftar was well-organized, with excellent food that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be returning in future.

Everything about the visit was great from the reception to the service to the people there very welcoming and accommodating. Peaceful place loved it.

This resort isn’t just a getaway; it’s a transformative experience that redefines indulgence, leaving me rejuvenated, enchanted, and already planning our return—truly a masterpiece of hospitality that shines brighter than any constellation.
