This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter.
If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.

만족해요 Staff was not very welcoming . Room was half cleaned . Not trash bags in the room . Valet workers were the only positive during my stay .

The gentleman working the front desk was rude and un knowing. When I complained about my shower not draining properly, he took it upon himself to say to me, Oh! You just want a new room huh? No just fixed sir. After fix, get in shower and the body wash dispenser was empty, lmao,Really. Nickel and Dime you for any and everything. Best part of my short stay, was the bed. It Was So Comfortable. lol.

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable my only negative is the sports grill I got pancakes for breakfast and they were undercooked and still had uncooked batter inside the pancakes

My family and I stayed during the New Edition concert and the hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. It was straight across the street from the Forex forum. I definitely will stay here again. They had a bar and a restaurant inside the hotel.

I love the Westin but this one needs some love. This place needs a deep clean. The carpets are dingy, there is a lingering smell. There was a weird dip in the bathroom floor and a shower curtain that doesn’t fit the Westin aesthetic. Water was not stopped by the curtain as it was too short. Water pulled in the floor. Unfortunate.
