매우 훌륭해요 The hotel, staff etc were excellent. It's a beautiful hotel wonderfully situated. The breakfast was excellent. My only surprise was that it didn't do evening meals, so you have to go out to eat, but there is a pub in close walking distance that does.

매우 훌륭해요 This is our second visit, perfect location, beautiful setting right by the river, rooms very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean, staff very efficient and friendly,
Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from, they also offer a free shuttle service into Salisbury in the evenings, will definitely be back.

매우 훌륭해요 The hotel locates just beside the river, with a vast lawn, great for kids to play. The are ducks and swans in the river. Walking distance to the cathedral. Lovely to have breakfast outside.

매우 훌륭해요 Great location. Walking distance to downtown Salisbury. Free parking is very handy. Of course, A/C is the main reason for us to stay there. The only problem we have is the EV chargers don’t take credit card or debit card which is very inconvenient because we don’t want to download another app to charge the car especially the app has very low ratings.

Very small rooms. No elevator. Incorrect info given about viewing Magna Carta at the cathedral so we missed it! Insufficient staff for check in- a line to do this. Very slow to clean tables ob communal ( nice) terrace.

Bedroom had its own air-conditioning unit – absolutely a godsend when temperature outside was over 30 C
Got the impression that there was a distinct lack of staff – the staff were very helpful and pleasant and breakfast time was fine but both the reception and evening bar service areas were solo manned even though it was busy. When you have a queue of people waiting to check in, but the receptionist takes guests individually to their room, it seems an unnecessary courtesy.
