Had water coming from the ceiling. Changed rooms to an upgrade, comped breakfast. New room had sinks completely clogged up. Bottom line, this property is falling apart. Staff is great.

Great location a little dated but served the purpose all three rooms

Very friendly staffs.

It was night time that I asked the young lady that we did not have the ice bucket in our room, she was not very friendly, no expression of concern from her face and she told us to go to the reception. The lady in the reception told us that " I do not know why she told you to come to me"? Those 2 ladies were not very friendly. Pedro I guess was the name of the guy who helped us with our luggage and he was very helpful and very friendly. He is on his 50's I guess. All in all this guy in oir short stay was very kind and nice.

The property was very clean and quiet.

Terrible maintance. Old carpets. Ripped wallpapers

Stayed here overnight to be near the airport and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport. The restaurant at the hotel was great too.

Amazing location and wonderful staff

The room smelled of old furniture, and there was a noise in the ceiling, something like a motor or something very annoying. I had to sleep all night with earplugs in. Apart from that, the staff were lovely. A huge Thank you to Lisinio (hopefully I'm saying their name correctly) from the restaurant, who took our order perfectly and was really nice. Thank you!
