My stay was excellent beautiful Hotel and exceptional Staff . I was impressed. Would highly recommend 👌

The room had a funny smell, was not deep cleaned, vacuumed. There was no bathroom exhaust fan. The fridge was only on for 2 hours at a time. For the 3 nights we stayed, we never had our room cleaned; only, new towels and the trash was removed. It was awful to come to “rest” to the hotel after most of the day under the sun and being tired to found out that your room that you paid for and wasn’t free, hasn’t been cleaned up. The breakfast was mediocre. We only ate there once. All around felt dirty and not well cleaned. It was our second time there spaced by 4 years, since I had a good impression the first time, this was our choice again, but after this time, will be the last one.

This hotel was outstanding in so many ways. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and having a bar/restaurant on the property was so convenient. Just two things I would recommend. We needed a comfy chair in the room. Having a lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom is a must. Thanks for an excellent stay!

Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup.

This property was unexpected treasure. Beautiful rooms, great, pleasant staff, everything was spotless. Only disappointment was the pillows. I would highly recommend and will stay here again!
