第一天一早抵達蘇梅島， 跑完大佛寺和彩色廟兩個景點後， 不到中午就抵達飯店， 原本只打算寄放行李， 沒想到 11:30 前就讓我們提早入住，真的超驚喜！ 📍地點就在查汶海灘附近， 走路就能到沙灘、餐廳、按摩店和便利商店， 一樓房型還有自己的小庭院， 房內還有浴缸，度假感滿滿🌴

Nice modern rooms and bathrooms. The garden level rooms were bright and gave immediate access to the pathway leading to the beautiful gardens, pool and beach. The beds were a bit hard as were the pillows, however this is a matter of preference. The aircon was very effective in cooling down the room. We kept our bathroom door closed as there was a slight sewage smell at times. The staff were very friendly and always polite and helpful. We loved the breakfast which had an amazing variety of both European and Asian options both hot and cold. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables aswell. The only gripe was the sun lounger situation on the beach. As soon as the staff set out the loungers in the morning they were claimed by guests (towel put down) and then left unoccupied, sometimes for hours. After the first few days we realized that we weren’t going to get loungers on the beach unless we did the same. The difference with us was that we actually used them as soon as we had eaten breakfast and took our towels away when we were finished to allow others to come. The whole hotel area was clean and inviting as were the gardens. We were therefore surprised that the sun loungers were very dirty and the tables between them filthy! More care is definitely needed here. The location on the beach is excellent.

Amazing staff - everyone was so friendly and lovely! Great set up with direct beach access and subbed, towels, etc. Large and enjoyable pool as well!

We have just returned home after another wonderful month at Baan Samui Resort, and once again the experience has been absolutely superb. The fact that we have returned most years since 2018 — only missing the Covid period — probably says everything about how special this hotel is. From the location, atmosphere and facilities to the consistently warm welcome, Baan Samui continues to feel like a second home to us. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. Without exception, every member of the team provides first-class service with genuine warmth and a smile. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their friendliness and professionalism make every stay memorable. A very special mention must go to Tan, who continually goes above and beyond and is an absolute delight. Over the years, Tan and many of the staff have become more like friends than simply hotel staff, which is something very rare and very special. Thank you once again to everyone at Baan Samui for making our stay so enjoyable. We are already looking forward to returning again next year.

Breakfast was awesome. The breakfast hostess, Tan was excellent! We truly miss seeing her every morning. She brighten our day. The whole staff, especially May was so friendly and helpful. The resort is very beautiful and welcoming!

Mostly updated resort. Clean, spacious, and great pool and beach area. Awesome staff.

規模は大きくないホテルだが、スタッフの対応がよくセンタラサムイに徒歩5分くらいでいける。周りにも沢山レストラン・バーがありリッチは最高。プールも海も申し分ない。
