The location is ok so is the hotel overall , the problem was the Air conditioning wasnt working properly and they didnt fix it after a few times letting the front desk know was very hot in the room stayed for 3 nights

When I got to the room, There are a lot of flies in my room, bathroom. They gave us only one towel for me and my partner. Also they gave us only 1 key. We stayed there 5 night.

Very close to Metro. Clean room. The water coming out of the bathroom faucet had a bad odor. Coffee machine and clothes steamer in room did not work.

Excede lo esperado. Especialmente el personal del front desk.

The property was excellent. However, the first night, a very hot night, the A/C didn't work in the room and the next day we needed to relocate to a different room.

The hotel is in a good location for visiting many tourist locations as well as shopping. Many places are within walking distance and if you want to go somewhere a bit farther, the hotel is close to a U-Bahn station. The breakfast was one of the best parts of the hotel due to the large selection of options. The room was spacious enough for my husband and I but the air conditioning was weak making sleeping a bit uncomfortable. And, due to the extreme hot temperatures, we were unable to open the windows for a cool breeze at night.

I liked how it was in the heart of Berlin, everything was within walking distance.

Great location, and breakfast

Excellent location! It’s located on a major historic street and only 2 or 3 blocks to important historic Wilhelmstrasse (street in central Berlin), sites, buildings, museums. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries in every direction.
