Booked room with breakfast but the staff was demanding money for breakfast. Didnt let me checkin for nearly 30 minutes. Staff not friendly. Toilet did not flush properly. Television was a washout, seemed like it was picked from a junk yard. Not much breakfast choice. Hotel seems high on aesthetics and less on value and service. Avoid.

The paul is a very nice hotel, built in traditional ancient style where the rooms surround a very large verandah. The verandah is beautifully decorated and used as a space for restaurant. Absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is at a very peaceful location. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean. I really liked the hotel and will stay here whenever I am in Bangalore.
