만족해요

커플 숙박객

The hotel is basic, our supposed superior room is small, very hot without air conditioning and we had to ask for a fan. There wasn’t a coffeemaker, kettle or a fridge. The breakfast was mediocre with runny scrambled eggs and few choices. For about £300 a night, it is very disappointing. When our parking ticket didn’t work at the barrier despite having validated it. The lady at the reception asked if we had paid for our room given the impression that we were leaving without paying, it was embarrassing with other guests nearby. When told that the room had been prepaid, she didn’t apologise and gave me back the ticket with an unsmiling face. We I’ll definitely not be returning.

만족해요
Sure it's clean and the staff are off chose lovely but - they don't provide a kettle in the room which i find really annoying, who doesn't like a tea before bed? I came for the sauna and steam room but the steam room was broken. Why not just fix it? Pay someone to come and fix it as soon as it breaks. Simple. Last time I came the shower outside the sauna was broken. Even easier to fix. Really poor

Generally, a good hotel. Convenient and near subway station. Clean and good sized but let down by lack of air- conditioning.
