매우 훌륭해요 i met these two Beautiful ladies STEFF AND RASCHEL, very professional and that welcoming filipino culture greeting you with a Smile. these two made my check in process a breeze and in my room in no time. THESE TWO ARE ASSET TO THE HOTEL, SO LOOK FOR THEM, CONCERNS WERE ANSWERED AND YOUR GOOD TO GO.

만족해요 1st room had nonworking ref and toilet. Changed rooms and toilet still acted up a bit but we managed. Shower was good. Great location and price. Decent service.

Booked the room for Sinulog. Perfect view of the parade from the 32nd and 9th floor (pool). Super easy to run down to the parade, wander around, and get awesome food. The room was very spacious, two full size beds. Very clean. Nice bath, no hot water…but not unusual in Cebu. Very clean and updated. The staff live up to Filipino standards: cheerful, helpful, and polite. Price was well worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel for any future guests, especially for Sinulog. Only snag was parking in the garage as there is a hotel and a casino. Staff not aware who could park where. That was easily remedied with the concierge desk.
