만족해요 The hotel itself was nice, but there is no iron in the rooms and no ironing room. I was on a business trip and ended up having to pay 21 euros for laundry services to get my shirts ironed.
Never experienced this in any hotel I've stayed at and it was very inconvenient.

Good location, modern hotel, nice rooms, however breakfast didn’t meet expectations.
The coffee machines were broken for 3 days while I was there and was given instant coffee.
Breakfast options are not suitable for vegetarian or halal diet, bacon is in most dishes, limits options available. Rate the hotel 8/10, but the breakfast 2/10

No milk and sugars or normal teabags like tetley provided. What is the point of kettle without them. That the only criticism I have. Also bed head needs replacement as it looks worn out.

The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the 6th floor. The bathroom was spacious, featuring a large showerhead and a handheld shower. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The restaurant on the main floor served delicious breakfast and dinner. The lobby and bar were also nice.
The hotel is located in a great area, close to parks, gyms, cafes, restaurants, public transportation, and downtown.
