Staff were not friendly bordering being snobbish. Be prepare to pay for basic services offered by other hotels eg luggage storage, extra towels, etc.

Overall, our stay was good. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided, and the air conditioning worked really well. The only downside was that we couldn’t check in at the advertised time of 2:00 pm. We had to wait until after 2:30 pm, and when we were finally given a room, it was still being cleaned and wasn’t ready. After a long day of travelling, this was quite stressful, especially as we were expecting the room to be ready at the stated check-in time. However, after speaking with the staff, the issue was resolved, so it wasn’t a major problem in the end. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the price. The location is excellent, and the rooftop views are definitely one of the highlights.

Breakfast was great. Lits of choices.

We were disappointed that we could not buy a cup of coffee in the morning in the breakfast room. The only option was to pay the full breakfast price. We did not have time for a full breakfast because we were leaving for the airport.

The location is excellent. The hotel as such is not the best quality, but service is very friendly and helpful. If you like the Sagrada Família place to visit this is the closest hotel. Close to souvenir shops and all variety of restaurants. Breakfast is quite good not excellent though
