Good location plenty of food options very central for moving about but beware Standard room has no window and not all rooms have a fridge

Perfect budget hotel. Clean, convenient location, and comfortable stay. Staff are super helpful. This hotel matched all our requirements and was central to our movement in Singapore for this entire family trip (three rooms, 4 nights). Thank you ibis imperial team. Will surely stay again.

Close to MRT and lots of bus lines. Easy to get anywhere on the island and lots of food and shopping. The property attracts budget travelers and youth group who can be Rudy in the hallways so ask for room away from these people. Level 2 has no privacy from the street view so keep curtains closed most of the time. Bed in room I was given was hard as a rock and work bench to work on computer chair is also very uncomfortable. Otherwise area is safe and good for budget traveler not looking for luxury accomodation.

The check-in staff were helpful & friendly on 23Nov. However the toilet was leaky & the noise disturbed our sleep. The hotel was informed on the next morning but nothing changed & got worse with frequent flushing noise till we left on 26 Nov. Every night sleep was bad.

Helpful staff at check in. Food available on the local area. Close to transport. The room is compact and lacks comfort.

Good location, close to eateries, supermarket, MRT station and a money changer. The room is small but comfortable.

We booked for two nights (room without windows). The first night we were given a room with strong sewage smell, and the toilet didn't flush well. We were told the smell was "normal". After complaining to the front desk, we were given another room (upgraded to a room with windows) on the second night and it was much better. So it seemed like the lack of windows were giving rise to those sewage smell? Anyhow, we were fine with rooms without windows, but we never expect the smell so if you are booking for the no-window rooms, be prepared.

Hotel staff very helpful making our stay pleasant. Hotel is very close to Lavender MRT which makes getting around Singapore easy. Room was basic but good enough for our 2 day stay. Only downside was the breakfast which was a bit grim.

I arrived in the early morning after a long flight and was very grateful that I was able to check in early at 12pm. The app is easy to use and they update you once the room is ready. The area is near two local shopping centres with plenty of food options. The room is spacious with plenty of room to put things hangers, big comfortable bed too. There's no window which isn't a problem for me. The only down side is that the shower does splash everywhere even though there's a curtain, although the ventilation is strong and does dry up quickly, I did unfortunately slipped when walking out of the bathroom. Might be worth bringing an extra pair of slippers and be extra careful.

Very basic property too far from the city area. Budget hotel by name and budget amenities. Rooms very small and do not correspond to pictures on website. Had to pay for an upgrade to a room a little bigger but it had a window. Will not stay there again.
