Location was great, staff was pleasant and accommodating. Would stay again!

Excellent Hotel - with Great Staff!

Our first room was not cleaned properly, it had water marks on the bathroom floor, hair on the couch, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and it just felt gross. We were moved to another room but this room was also not cleaned properly they’re was a clear hair elastic still on the floor (i don’t use these) i tried to have a bath and there was black hair all in the bathtub, the sheets had tiny black stains and the carpet was crusty in some areas and i didn’t feel comfortable walking around without socks on. It also it just didn’t feel or smell clean. I felt uncomfortable complaining again at this point as we had been travelling all day it was about 10:30 and im pregnant so i was tired and upset that we had spent a big amount for 3 nights for the rooms to be dirty and outdated. We came to the hotel to relax before the baby, so we decided to just go to bed. the pool floor was also dirty when we went down most times i felt uncomfortable taking my flip flops off. The staff was nice and helpful. I’ve stayed at many places in whistler and this has been the most expensive and the worst experience of all. Very disappointing for us.

The location is great if you want to be in the heart of the village.

Could not get a handicapped accessible room, which caused me to fall getting to the bathroom. We had to call for staff to help me back into bed.

An excellent property right in the heart of Whistler village.

Location is great. When the staff asked if we wanted valet parking or self parking we chose self parking. We found a spot easily. We spent 20 plus minutes trying to find the elevator. After finding 2 locked doors we called the front desk. We were very frustrated. If the staff had directed us to park in the correct parking level, we would have easily and quickly found the elevator. In the future, have staff go down to the parking garage to actually SEE where patrons should park.

Great staff

Staff great, room very clean. Had a problem with room but was moved straight away. The only problem, holes in the sheet. Looks like they were just worn out so started splitting. Hotel going through reno, hope they put in new sheets. Told front desk in morning had parking for free. Its was my go to hotel in Whistler, not sure any more.
