It was quite spacious and clean. Staff was fantastic. My favourite hidden gem of a hotel in Niigata. Always loved staying there. Keep up the good work.

シーツ洗濯業者がエレベーターを占領するのは仕方ないが、使いなら札でも出して使用中と出して頂けるとあまりにエレベーターがなかったり飛ばされたりしてフロントにクレームを入れたが分からずイライラしてしまったので業務使用中と分かるようにしてほしいです。

Central location, all amenities worked, very cheap price and just a small surcharge for breakfast. Very helpful front-desk young lady and a range of extras like iced drinks in the reception area, including ice cubes.

Generally good except some minor issues. The toilet sit warmer and washlet were not working. Shower room has dark molds in the roof. Staff were not so helpful in giving me directions to find the nearest convenience store.
