I booked a room labeled as breakfast is for free. But I was stunned by hotel staff that this not true. And the label (free breakfast) means it’s for free after you pay for it!!
The lead staff said there are differences between (free breakfast) and (breakfast included) !
I didn’t argue for a long time because I was coming from +20 hours trip. Anyways? I ended up paying extra 90 dollars for breakfast which was below average btw.
A positive point , rooms was very clean. Just be careful of miss advertisement.

매우 훌륭해요 Great hotel, location and staff! Only down side is they have mostly king size beds and I traveled with my mom so I needed two beds. They shifted me to a no view room, which had more beds. Location is perfect for my mom as ladies gate close by

Everything was outstanding. The room was clean and fresh. The staff were efficient, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was step away from Masjid Nawabi and everything was close to proximity. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

We stayed at Elaf Taiba Hotel for 5 days in Madinah, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Stunning views, an easy walk to the Haram, and truly amazing service—hands down the best place I’ve stayed in Madinah across all my trips.
We were a group of 12 in 4 rooms, and the hotel made our stay comfortable and stress-free from start to finish. From check-in to housekeeping, everything was extremely well managed.
A special shoutout to Bulbul, the housekeeping staff on our floor—he went above and beyond to help us and made our stay even more pleasant. His kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
We will definitely stay here again if Allah brings us back, in shaa Allah. Thank you, Elaf Taiba, for making our stay truly exceptional.
