My only concern was the desk mgr’s coolness and inability to project a higher level of hospitality. The woman working under her, Black, ( I do not know her name) was very warm, welcoming and showed a true appreciation for the hope of a room with a lovely water view which is what I purchased. Ultimately, there was a very partial view but nothing of the wharf. We arrived at 19!and I’d messaged as well as asked at arrival for early check in. I explained that my husband, 80, and with non Hodgkin’s lymphoma needed to sleep asap after an early morning Tampa departure.

It was ok. Would have liked a more varied menu for breakfast, so ate at Starbucks down the street. Great location near the North End, super easy walking to great Italian dining and pastery/coffee shops. Very close to Paul Revere Park and The North Church. The hotel was quiet and we did have a view of the Boston Harbor.

Room had a desk but No AC power and charger outlets for our phones! None in the living room and only 1 at a bedside! Paid for a water view that turned out to be water between our warf and the next- not the bay or beyond.
