The best part was that the hotel is directly linked to the JR train station. It made my life easier. The quality of service at the front desk was great! Friendly, respectful, and warm.

훌륭해요 The housekeepers were excellent. Everything was replaced, and cleaned. There were not enough towels, and the pillows were terrible.
The breakfast servers were welcoming and cheerful every morning.
There is no English newspaper or English station on the TV.
This hotel really can’t accommodate Westerners. The front desk people do not really understand English. I asked one evening to have a reservation made for dinner, and the front desk clerk nodded she had done it. When I got to the restaurant, I was told they were booked. I had it written in Japanese what I wanted, but she was unable to communicate back to me the answer.

매우 훌륭해요 It's a comfortable stay and staff are really helpful . It's location is very convenient especially we arrived with heavy rain n the hotel having direct connection to the train station really save our day .
Just that there's not much shopping to do at night.
