The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our original room (Room 428), which the hotel spent several hours attempting to troubleshoot. This occurred on the same day we arrived from an overnight flight, so we were understandably exhausted. At approximately 10:00 PM local time, the hotel offered us an alternate room, which we gladly accepted. From that point forward, our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is situated on Avinguda Diagonal (Diagonal Avenue) and is directly connected to a shopping mall, making retail options incredibly convenient. In addition, there are numerous breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within easy walking distance.

It’s a beautiful modern hotel right at the mall. The public transportation is in front to it & some nearby stations. Internet access is free. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Even their evening menu is great with a soothing restaurant ambience. The buffet paid inclusive is for 2 people only with family of 4. So we had to pay extra. The staff are really helpful.
