Excellent staff. I was there on business for a week and anyone I dealt with was great. The rooms are nice and was dead quiet when in it. Food was excellent.

I did not like the condition that in the morning they don’t clean the room, it was my wedding day and I needed the room cleaned for pictures. After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!!
Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests

훌륭해요 The stay was troubled free. The service was good but not exceptional. There could have been a little more enthusiasm on the part of the staff.
Rooms simple and clean but not the standard of the same class hotel in Europe.
But the view is fantastic.
If you are looking for a functional hotel in a good location, this hotel works just fine.

훌륭해요 The best service I've had in Luanda, I am really impressed with this hotel and will return, room on the small side, but very comfortable and great shower. Good breakfast.
