Clean room

Absolutely wonderful hotel and location! Our room was beautiful and very comfortable, the curtains separating the bathroom and the bedroom areas created a chique and romantique atmosphere, the windows gave on the green treetops and the tops of the buildings opposite the street, and overall everything was great. The windows isolate all street noise away, so it was quiet at night. The staff was very sweet and welcoming. And the area! What a fantastic area. Beautiful architecture, lots of places to eat nearby, yet quiet and away from the crowds. Easy to get everywhere on foot or on metro.

Lovely hotel, a bit out of the centre which we wanted to be away from the crowds but easily accessible to everywhere you want to go by metro, and walking distance from the Arc de Triomphe. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean and the space was bright and airy. Would definitely recommend. Only one downside was there was no shower head hook, so you had to hold the shower head or get into the bath. Apart from that a wonderful stay.

Lovely hotel, restaurants nearby. Close to metro, but only 15 minutes walk from Arc de Triumph. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel

Wonderful, kind and helpful staff. We do not speak French, and they all made it very easy and comfortable for us. Room was fantastic! Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Location seemed quiet, safe, yet close to everything. Room had a Nespresso machine as well as refrigerator, shower and a tub, and everything we could possibly want or need.

The lack of a standing shower in the room was a real pain. The curtains in the room were paper thin letting in light at the crack of dawn. There was a poor selection of options for breakfast and what was there was of poor quality. The staff were friendly though. I wont be rushing back!

Communication, service, no wifi for over a day. Staff demanded the key to be left at desk (day 4?!) unknown to us. Breakfast (free as a sorry) was fine. Would I stay here again… 2 nights most expensive room and then 2 and a lesser room. Nope. Staff had crap communication. Eg. Asked for cork screw (fine when we had $$$$ room, not ok when we had $ room…).

Bed was very comfortable. Carpet was dirty and stained. Shower had very low water pressure. Overall, room was cozy and bed was very comfortable. However, stained carpet and low water pressure in shower was a negative for me.
