I like the location
The hotel needs to put more attention with the cleaning service, I have to be asking for towels and sometimes didn’t provide clean towels and just hung the used ones to dry in the shower.

매우 훌륭해요 The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring very convenient.The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming.We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities because we spent most of our time sightseeing, but based on our experience, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff is the highlight of the trip. The rooms are average and big, close to everything in the heart of the city - but the staff made it worth the stay. I was originally going to leave to another part of Mexico but I extended my stay for 5 more days and that was easily accommodated by the staff (the advice they gave me ended up saving money too!) There is a breakfast buffet with around 15 USD that I would highly recommend!
