Loved the ocean beach. Servers came frequently to ask your beverage orders and fresg coconut water from the husk. Rooms were cleaned daily & fresh towels were plentiful at the beach. Loved the swim bars at the main pool. Excellent services to throughout my 5-day stay June 2026 at Playa de las Mujeres at Excellence Hotel in Punta Sam, Mexico. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.

Drinks were good and food tasted great but we did food poisoning one night. Very chill resort. Good for couples and honeymooners. Not a place to go with adult family’s due to it just being more romantic and for couples.
